Refund policy

For online purchases, customers have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to return them for a full refund.

• Return Period:

  • The 14-day return period begins on the date of receipt of the products.
  • If the return period ends on a non-business day, the deadline will be extended to the next business day.

• Return Methods:

  • In-Store Returns: Products can be returned directly to our physical store for processing at no additional cost.
  • Shipped Returns: If you choose to return the product by shipping, the cost of shipping the return is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

• Condition of Products:
  Refunds will only be processed after the returned products are received and confirmed to be in their original condition.

• Refund Processing:
  Mad Disc Golf will reimburse the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned products or proof of return. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
