Photon - Plasma

The Photon is best described as a longer Tesla, with powerful launchers able to get some spin out to extend the flight, and all launchers getting a reliable fade. The Photon is naturally resistant to headwinds, but mid-power launchers can use headwinds to emulate the extended flights of high-power launchers.
