Order Processing

Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Madrid time, Monday through Friday, are normally prepared and handed to the shipping company that same business day.

Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. are normally dispatched on the next business day.

Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday, during the weekend, or on a public holiday will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Delivery estimates begin when the order has been dispatched. They are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.

Where Your Order Ships From

Mad Disc Golf offers products fulfilled from two different locations.

EU Store

Disc golf discs, accessories, equipment, and products listed in our EU store are shipped from our shop in Madrid, Spain.

These orders can be delivered within Spain, throughout Europe, and internationally.

USA Store

Selected shirts, hats, and other apparel available through our USA store are produced and fulfilled within the United States by our production partner.

This provides significantly lower domestic shipping costs for customers ordering apparel in the United States.

Products fulfilled in the United States and products shipped from Madrid are sent separately and cannot be combined into the same parcel.

Shipping Within Mainland Spain

InPost or Correos Pickup Point

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Collection from Our Madrid Shop

Collection from the Mad Disc Golf shop is free.

One hour of complimentary parking is included with shop collection.

This section applies to mainland Spain. Available options for other Spanish territories will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Within Europe

Tracked European shipping is available from our Madrid shop.

Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and currently range from approximately €7 to €30. The exact rate available for your address will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery for most European destinations is approximately seven business days after dispatch, although remote destinations and destinations requiring customs clearance may take longer.

Orders delivered within the EU customs territory do not normally require import customs clearance.

Orders sent to destinations outside the EU customs territory may be subject to local import duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier handling fees.

Shipping to the United States

Products Ordered from the EU Store

Products ordered from our EU store are shipped from Madrid using UPS tracked delivery.

The current standard shipping charge is $30 per parcel.

International shipping from Madrid is expensive, but the charge is based on the cost of sending a tracked international parcel rather than the number of individual products inside it.

A standard parcel can generally hold:

• Up to nine disc golf discs; or
• Approximately five discs together with a hat and a shirt.

Actual capacity may vary depending on the size and type of products ordered.

Customers ordering discs from Madrid may therefore be able to add apparel or accessories to the same parcel without increasing the shipping charge, provided everything remains within the standard parcel limit. The final shipping charge will always be shown at checkout.

Products Ordered from the USA Store

Selected shirts, hats, and apparel in the USA store are fulfilled within the United States.

These products have substantially lower domestic shipping costs because they are not shipped across the Atlantic. The exact shipping price and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout.

USA-store products and EU-store products are fulfilled separately and will arrive in separate shipments.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the EU customs territory, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, local taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or handling fees charged by the destination country or shipping company.

These charges are not included in the Mad Disc Golf shipping price unless checkout specifically states otherwise.

Customs rules and charges are determined by the destination country and may change without notice.

Tracking

All paid shipping services include tracking.

Delivery Problems

If your shipment is delayed, damaged, or appears to be lost, contact Mad Disc Golf with your order information.

We will contact the shipping company, open an investigation when necessary, and work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Carrier delivery estimates and customs processing times are outside the direct control of Mad Disc Golf.
