Order Processing

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Madrid time) (Monday to Friday) are packed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Fridays ship the following Monday.

• Correos Office Pickup – €5
  Delivered to your chosen Correos office in approximately 4 business days.

• SEUR 24h – from €5
  Fast and reliable home delivery. Estimated delivery in 2 business days. Final price calculated at checkout.

• Free pickup in store, includes 1 hour free parking. 

All options include a tracking number.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via UPS.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
All international orders include tracking and accurate customs documentation.

The customer is responsible for any import duties or fees.

Delivery Issues

If there is a problem with your delivery, we will contact the carrier on your behalf and ensure it’s resolved quickly.
