We follow the legal rules of the European Union, Spain and Madrid regarding returns and exchanges. You have 14 days to return your package if the item has not been used and is in its original packaging (stickers included). Any scuffing that is not due to wear and tear from storage will be identified as used and will not be approved.
If you wish to exchange or return your unused item, you will need to bring it to us or pay shipping costs to return it. If you send something to us, we suggest that you pay for tracking. If we do not receive it, we will not be able to help you.
The refund or exchange will not be processed until we physically have the item for inspection.
